IMPORTANT Note about Returning Products:
Before returning, please contact Customer Service for instructions and a return authorization number (RMA). Orders returned without authorization may be subject to a 15% handling fee. Credit card information is only available to process refunds for a limited amount of time. Please send your items back within 5 days of receiving return authorization or we may be unable to process your refund. Also, please note that we do not pay the return shipping charge. Opened items may only be eligible for store credit.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Special order items (TMA supplements and Standard Process supplements) are not eligible for return. Test kits may only be returned if the test kit and complete paperwork is sent back to us. Please follow instructions you are given when receiving your return authorization. We do not give refunds for test kits once your samples have been processed by the lab. If you have concerns about your results, please contact our team at info@unikeyhealth.com.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
